A Day of Celebration.

"He has saved us and called us to a holy life-not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time" -2 Timothy 1:9

Today is a day of celebration. We celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, for He has given us life by His grace. Without Him, I wouldn't have laughter or a song in my heart. I praise God for sending His son and laying His life down for me, so that I might have everlasting life through Him.

I just had to write a short post on the glory of God and what Easter means to me. You can be anywhere in the world and be awakened by the Spirit of God, because of the body of Christ. It was on the third day that the disciples of Jesus Christ recognized their Savior when they took the bread from Him. His body is a representation of the Holy Spirit living and dwelling within us.
I don't know about you, but the fact that He has chosen me for His greater purpose makes me want to dance, sing and rejoice with instruments. So, let us not be silent. Let us make disciples of all nations and tell everyone of the great news. Our Lord is risen. And today, Our Lord has risen us. Blessed be the name of the Lord.
Receive the message of the good Lord today and know that God has given us complete victory. Hallelujah. No turning back now. We've been washed away in His blood and have been made a new man by His body.

Happy Easter everyone! I also thought I would share a few photos from a photo shoot that my family had yesterday at Red Rock Canyon, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. I have come to the realization that God's beauty exists absolutely everywhere.

Let us Instagram through March.

It has been almost a month since I last blogged and to be honest, I hadn't even realized how long it has actually been. Time has absolutely flown by as I prepare for the much needed Spring Break next week.
God has not only done amazing things in my life, but has also given me supernatural joy, even through some rough times this past month. Sometimes, I sit in the silence and begin to realize that I can't even grasp onto how great His love truly is for me.
Sine I have been so busy, I haven't taken the time to write a fashion post, but I figured I would display my past moth through the art of Photography.

Thank you Instagram.

I have begun to realize that I absolutely love doing homework outside; not to mention the weather is absolutely perfect down here in So Cal. And I think APU doesn't get enough credit for its beautiful campus.

The Color Run.
I already thought my school was pretty cool. Then, the Rez Life organized their own color run. My future roommates and I had so much fun, which also proved to be quality bonding time.

Spontaneous Surprise. My mother came to visit me for the weekend, since I won't be seeing her for awhile. She is such an amazing woman of strength and I am grateful for the values that she has taught me to be a Proverbs 31 woman of God.

CPK is my favorite restaurant by far and I hadn't eaten there in months until my cousin, Kristin, and I spent a wonderful, much needed evening together.

This is another reason why I love doing homework outdoors. Who doesn't love turtles? Well done, APU.

As I conclude this Instagram Blog Post, I just wanted to thank all of my readers who support me and love me for who God created me to be.
Have a blessed week!
